Subscriptions
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial periods.
Top-ups & credits
Credits never expire. Unused credits are non-refundable. Used credits are non-refundable.
Founding Member
Founding Member is a one-time lifetime purchase. It is non-refundable except where required by local consumer-protection law.
EU/UK 14-day right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. By starting to use the Service immediately, you consent to the loss of this right once the service is supplied.
Problems with a charge
If something went wrong — duplicate charge, failed service, etc. — email info@yurify.co within 14 days and we will make it right.
