Subscriptions
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, you keep access until then. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial periods.
Top-ups & credits
Credits never expire. Unused credits are non-refundable. Used credits are non-refundable.
Founding Member
Founding Member is a one-time lifetime purchase. It is non-refundable except where required by local consumer-protection law.
EU/UK 14-day right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. By starting to use the Service immediately, you consent to the loss of this right once the service is supplied.
Problems with a charge
If something went wrong, duplicate charge, failed service, etc., email info@yurify.co within 14 days and we will make it right.
