What we collect

• Account data: email, name (if provided), authentication identifiers.
• Content you submit: messages and conversations you paste for analysis.
• Usage data: credits used, plan, analysis history.
• Payment data: handled by Stripe — we never see your full card number.

How we use it

To deliver and improve the Service, run AI analysis, prevent abuse, process payments, and send essential service emails.

AI processing

Submitted content is sent to AI model providers (currently Google Gemini and OpenAI) through our AI gateway for analysis. Under our agreements with these providers your content is not used to train their models. The analysis is probabilistic and non-diagnostic — it describes patterns in the communication, not verdicts about any person. You have the right under GDPR Art. 22 to request a human review of any output that affects you; email us at the address below.

Analysing third parties

If you paste a message written by someone else, you are processing their personal data. You must have a lawful basis to do so (e.g., legitimate personal use). YurifyApp must not be used to make consequential decisions about a named individual — including hiring, performance management, discipline, custody, or other workplace, education, or legal decisions. Outputs are reflective, not diagnostic.

Cookies & analytics

We use cookies that are strictly necessary to run the Service (authentication, session, security). With your consent we also collect product analytics to understand which features help most. You can change your choice at any time by clearing site data and reloading the page.

Retention

Account data: kept while your account is active and for up to 30 days after deletion (for backup rotation). Analyses: kept in your private history until you delete them. Analytics events: up to 24 months. Payment records: kept as long as required by tax/accounting law (typically 7 years).

International transfers

Personal data may be processed outside your country (e.g., in the US or EU). Where required, transfers rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

Sub-processors

We use the following sub-processors to deliver the Service: Supabase (database, auth), Cloudflare (hosting), Google & OpenAI (AI inference via our gateway), Stripe (payments), and our transactional email provider. An up-to-date list is available on request.

Storage & retention

Your analyses are stored in your private history until you delete them or your account. You can delete an analysis or your entire account at any time.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers (hosting, AI, payments, email) under data-processing agreements, or when required by law.

Your rights

You can access, export, correct, or delete your data. Email info@yurify.co.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted and audited. No system is 100% secure — please use a strong password.
