2. What to include
A valid notice must include all of the following:

- The exact URL or identifier on YurifyApp where the allegedly infringing material is located.
- Your full name, postal address, phone number, and email.

3. Counter-notice
If you believe content of yours was wrongly removed, you may send a counter-notice to the same address including: your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore (and the U.S. federal district for your address if you reside outside the U.S.), and a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
4. Repeat-infringer policy
We terminate accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
5. Misuse
Knowingly filing a false notice exposes you to liability under 17 U.S.C. §512(f) and equivalent laws.
